Blossoming Words a Mother’s Day Card Idea

Mother's Day Card Craft Idea: Blossoming Words Clever Classroom
It’s almost Mother’s Day!
This special time of year needs a special kind of craft, an easy one!
This simple crafty idea might just be the right fit for your students.

Children will enjoy creating this simple but fun card for their mother this April or May. Here are two examples of how to use patty pans, you know the cupcake holders as blossoming flowers.
I used two different sizes and have provided circle templates for both in the free file that also includes instructions, see below.

Students simply write their greeting or message in the circle template, cut and then paste inside the patty tins. They then fold a piece of paper in half, long ways from top to bottom or across from left to right.
Children can then paste their patty pans on the front and then draw stems and leaves.
Invite your children to write their own meaningful message to their mother inside the card.
