I love making games and this snakes and ladders game is one of my favorites.
One of the first teaching resources I made was my 100 most used Words Snakes and Ladders, back in 2008. It used to be one of my top sellers in my eBay store way back then.
Whilst my eBay store is now closed, you can pick this set of Fry’s First 100 Words Snakes and Ladders games up in my Teachers Pay Teachers store; Clever Classroom, for free.
Click on any of the images to download the free file.
You could even print two to a page for smaller game cards by using your print settings. Playing instructions are provided on the game cards themselves.
Players must avoid the snakes, to prevent sliding down them and move up the ladders as they land at the bottom of them.
