My name is Emma Farrell and I run Clever Classroom. I absolutely love helping teachers and am blessed to have this platform to do so.
My aim is to help busy educators and parents help their children. I am passionate about learning to read and write, sight words, word work, fluency, phonemic awareness and reading. My blog is a place to share my experience and educational perspectives with you.
I have over 11 years experience teaching K-2 and also Pre-Kindergarten. I believe in hands-on, play-based learning and developing intrinsic motivational skills to support personal growth.
I have taught in large schools with many special ed students and students with non-English speaking backgrounds. My main experience is with Kindergarten and first grade.
I live on the NSW, South Coast (Australia) with my husband and fur baby, Cruz.
I am lucky enough to live very close to the beach and enjoy long walks along the beach most days. I also love anything to do with interior design, psychology, photography and reality TV.
I dedicate my time to blogging and creating resources for my store on Teachers pay Teachers.
